Motherwitch is a supernatural horror drama set in Cyprus, 1888, following Eleni—an outcast painter whose desperate attempt to resurrect her dead children unleashes a swarm of malevolent creatures upon her village. To undo the curse, she must learn to be a true mother again—this time to a gifted, yet tormented child—revealing how love and redemption might stand against dark magic. Directed by Minos Papas and executive produced by John Fessler, the film stars Margarita Zachariou, Miltos Yerolemou, and Danae Katsameni.

Motherwitch (Dodecameron: the Twelve Days of Christmas)

In the rural town of Dunwich, the dark sorcerer Whately strikes a sinister bargain with a malevolent deity, exchanging his daughter’s fate for wealth and power. She gives birth to Wilbur, a half-human, half-deity hybrid destined to bring about humanity’s downfall and usher in the reign of the Old Ones. However, Wilbur is not alone—he has a monstrous twin, the true Dunwich Horror, who remains hidden from the world. When Wilbur is killed attempting to steal the forbidden Necronomicon, his terrifying sibling escapes, unleashing chaos and destruction upon the unsuspecting town. Directed by Richard Stanley and executive produced by John Fessler, this adaptation brings Lovecraft’s chilling tale to life with eldritch horror and apocalyptic dread.
